What a great time to be a female artist. Honestly, women are ruling the music industry right now. I mean, let's take a look at last weekend's VMA's. You've got Taylor Swift, Lorde, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Jessie J, Ariana Grande, Rita Ora, my girl Iggy Azalea, and let's not forget about Queen Bey (I mean it really was the #BeyMAs, let's be real).

Also, these tracks are perfect to keep me going at work. Offices are notorious for being quiet and anti-social at times so it's no surprise that sometimes my mind tends to wander and I lose focus on the task at hand when I'm just sitting on my desk. Don't get me wrong, I love my job (I mean I spend my entire day on Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator to make some pretty awesome stuff) but sometimes there are days that are just uber slow and lackluster.
